We still do not know if Downs View will be open on Monday. Please could you urgently return the survey sent out today on School Ping as this information will help us in our planning. Thank you

Important update: 19:00, Wednesday 18th March, 2020

To all parents and carers

Please can I ask you not to call in to the office tomorrow (Thursday) morning to ask questions about school closure. It appears to me that the advice on TV just now is not clear about Downs View’s position on closure given all our pupils have EHCPs.

Please prepare for school to be closed from Friday afternoon. I will clarify with the Local Authority and the Department for Education in the morning. I will then send out urgent information.
